♥ Fashionably Moi! ♥

Wearing: Forever 21 Open Crochet Poncho in Taupe; Forever 21 Essential V-Neck Cami in Nude; Forever 21 Ripped Shorts w/ Belt in Dark Denim; Pelle Moda Yaritza Platform Sandal in Cuoio; House of Harlow 1960 Key Cocktail Ring in Gold; Forever 21 Interlocking Bangle Set in Gold.

Reading: Espresso Shot (Coffeehouse Mysteries No. 7) by Cleo Coyle. There are two words to describe this book series, my loves…frothy and fabulous. Read. Now.

Glamourizing: Nails: OPI’s Magic from the Designer Series. Le name says it all. A few coats and you have celestial bliss on your fingertips. J’adore! Even if you’re not a fan of blue lacquers you le devoir, le devoir, le devoir try this immediately! Lips: mark Lots of Lacquer Hook Up Super Color Lip Gloss in Thrill. Eyes: mark Mini Mark It Stick Hook Up Stick for Eyes in Cocoa Bean.

Listening: Inside Out by Britney Spears. Why yes, I do have une petite obsession with Ms. Spears. Then again, who doesn’t, J'ai raison?

Adoring: Turban-esque headbands which add a touch of bohemian whimsy juxtaposed with effortless elegance to one’s current look du jour a la Diane von Furstenberg’s Steffie Headband, Eugenia Kim’s Chiara Turban Headband, and Gold Saturn’s collection of Turband’s. Chic cover-ups that make lounging poolside or traipsing through resort towns on impromptu shopping sprees a truly glamorous affair, specifically Diane von Furstenberg’s Krystle Cover-Up in Warm River Leopard, Indah’s Kamani Butterfly Cover Up in Black, and mon préféré personnel Michael Kors’ Wraparound Cover Up Dress in White. Je meurs! Jumpsuits. Last year it was rompers; this year I am défaillir over full-fledged jumpsuits. Thakoon’s Button Front Long Jumpsuit, Rachel Pally’s Nantucket Jumpsuit, American Apparel’s Tri-Blend Pocket Jumpsuit. Hello, lovers!

Watching: The Princess Diaries. Oui, I am on quite the princess kick as of late. And, of course, I am incapable of resisting Robert Schwartzman as Michael Moscovitz. Swoon!

Desiring: Young Fabulous & Broke’s Sierra Pants. Swoon! Je suis obsédé with the harem-like aesthetic created by the flared hemline and miniskirt overlay. Black, Sepia, Crème…I’ll take a pair in every color, s'il vous plait! Oscar the Third’s Trapeze Dress. There is a certain je ne sais quoi about this frock that juxtaposes playful childlike innocence with grown-up sophistication that I simply cannot resist. Aimer l'amour! Chris Benz’s Lilian Cocktail Dress. There are no words to describe the fabulosity of this frock; simply take a gander and fall in love. Salut, je vous adore.

Quoting: Paulo Coelho - “In fairytales, the princesses kiss the frogs, and the frogs become princes. In real life, the princesses kiss princes, and the princes turn into frogs.”

Awaiting: Homer’s Odyssey: A Fearless Feline Tale, or How I Learned About Love and Life with a Blind Wonder Cat by Gwen Cooper, All Things Wise and Wonderful by James Herriot, and The Rules According to JWOWW: Shore-Tested Secrets on Landing a Mint Guy, Staying Fresh to Death, and Kicking the Competition to the Curb by Jenni JWOWW Farley. As Cicero once said, “A room without books is like a body without a soul.” My room was running a bit low on books; therefore, I felt the time had come to replenish.

But enough about moi; let’s talk about…vous. Time to give me the lowdown on your life, lovers! What are you up to this week?

Fashionably yours!
