Pearl Girl

How I ever thought it was possible to steal all of the grace, charm, class, and refinement that people like Coco Chanel simply ooze without splurging on a piece as posh as a set of pearls is simply beyond my comprehension; but I find that pearls have never done much for me in terms of cravings. They lack all of the sparkle that diamonds possess; all of the glitter of rhinestones; even the sheer stop and stare reaction brought about by a Swarovski crystal. Even so, if I truly want to effuse the type of chic seen so frequently on Park Avenue, it seems that I will have to add a pinch of under-the-sea influence to my amassment of accessories; which I truly don’t mind doing now that I’ve discovered Mikimoto Pearls.

Mikimoto Pearls has a way of making standard sensational. They do not cater merely to the pearly white studs so frequently imagined when the topic of pearls arises in conversation. They create black as night pretties that look as if they have been finished in satin; they produce show-stopping white gold pendants that drape daintily; they craft whimsical in the form of frippery that resembles a shimmering branch from an olive tree; and, of course, they concoct the typical pearl fare for the girl who wants to remain classic in her choice of baubled embellishment.

The price may be a stretch, depending on the accoutrement you fall in love with, but the unconventional pieces that add a splash of uniqueness to each and every Mikimoto Pearl design is most definitely worth it. After all, don’t you want to be a Pearl Girl?

Fashionably yours!
